I would assume that Coi and Youngboy have their own budgets - my point is that Nicki still gave visuals for her past era regardless of who paid. Not a bad move to go on a feature run, release some music videos with those artists for the fans that want some visuals and invest your budget in one of the highest grossing rap/hip hop tours of all time. Red Ruby was paid for by herself, Princess Diana Remix was also released under Heavy On It Records which is the label Nicki created.
