Like any fan could have done that temporarily to get a screenshot. It could also be a code name or a red herring. Search for yourself if you don't believe it

Florence Nightingale was an English social reformer, statistician and the founder of modern nursing. Nightingale came to prominence while serving as a manager and trainer of nurses during the Crimean War, in which she organised care for wounded soldiers at Constantinople.[4] She significantly reduced death rates by improving hygiene and living standards. Nightingale gave nursing a favourable reputation and became an icon of Victorian culture, especially in the persona of "The Lady with the Lamp" making rounds of wounded soldiers at night. 1

Reality 71,857
4 minutes ago, Stefanotta said: A dark album name after a bird? Y’ll serious? It's kind of poetic though. Nightingales are known for singing at night. Night/the moon/darkness have all been themes and aesthetics we've speculated about. Also, if you're gonna go that route, it's better than "Raven" or "Crow," which are birds that are stereotypically related to darkness. Nightingale feels more original in that sense. gfarabello 548
From Wikipedia: "The nightingale is the national bird of Ukraine. One legend tells how nightingales once only lived in India, when one nightingale visited Ukraine. Hearing sad songs from the people, the nightingale sang its song to cheer them up. The people responded with happy songs, and since then, nightingales have visited Ukraine every spring to hear Ukrainian songs.[23] National poet Taras Shevchenko observed that "even the memory of the nightingale's song makes man happy". Isn't Disease's music video directed by an ukrainian director?? 1

I mean given the idea of the Nightingale's song as a song of tragedy/a lament is an artistic reference older than the Odyssey. It's got plenty of meaning that could be attractive to someone like Gaga
