Could Disease be Girlfriend or Abracadabra?

So 

if you sing the lines "I could be your doctor I can cure your disease..." it fits perfectly to the leaked Girlfriend/Garden of Eden melody line "I could be your girlfriend for the weekend, you should sell your soul to keep me" from a snippet that's been on the internet for past couple of months. IMO Disease must be actually Girlfriend, or Girlfriend was a demo reworked to be Disease (since there's been rumors that Gaga changed lead single or something dunno).

On the other side Abracadabra was used as a cure word in Medieval to cure diseases. Also, Abracadabra part would fit absolutely perfect for upcoming Halloween.

So it could be both, right?

edit : the core theme of a song must be cohesive. Gaga is always very cohesive lyrically. I don't see her going like : i wanna be your girlfirend love, and then suddenly : a sinner, a disease, horror theme.
