Mr. S is very intentional with what and when he posts, so he's definitely describing "Disease" here. If not, he's calling Government Hooker and Scheiße "cheap electric dance pop", which wouldn't make sense because those songs are not that in any universe.  

The context is that he's basically reassuring the original poster than their dream/nightmare about the song isn't true because it in fact sounds like Government Hooker and Scheiße.

Really not sur about that at all, « this » feels like he’s speaking about the songs in the dream, in the quoted post. I really think people have to be careful with this, I want to be hyped but I have doubts he spoke about Disease here.
