I don't really like hearing snippets before an official release, I like it to be a complete surprise but something tells me it's just before the song begins. There's definitely a correlation with that outfit made of car parts that she wore, now she's being chased by a car, the single shows her face down on a car...all very intriguing. The lead is usually a very commercial song and I prefer my faves to be a little bit different, experimental and memorable. I've only liked a small number of Gaga's leads and even then, they're not on the level of her album tracks. For any other artist, I'd think it's really good, but when it comes to my faves, I set the bar high. It always feels weird when I have to support a single that I don't even like that much, just to help my fave get another hit to add to their list of other big hits that I'm not that keen on! But this is what you have to do to ensure your fave can keep making albums and touring, which is the stuff you live for. I have a good feeling about this one, though.
