If she were to fire him back then, she would have had to pay him a lot of money. So MAYBE she didn't want to give an alleged abuser millions of dollars on top of everything that he did. So MAYBE she decided not to fire him so he didn't end up making a lot of money out of this situation. + MAYBE she talked to her dancers and they all agreed on this. we dont know what goes on behind the scenes.
