I mean when you vote doesn't change how you vote. 

Plus older people tend to have more free time to go out and vote early. And access to mail ins/early voting is highly dependent on local election laws which may prevent younger voters doing so

That’s true but it’s not like the turnout for those younger is ever that high anyway. Especially under 30. 

I’m tried of the excuses especially where I live where early voting runs for 2 weeks straight for 12 hours a day. If you don’t vote it’s a choice at this point.

It absolutely is a choice and in elections like this you have to hold your nose and just put the damn tick in the box.

But equally, under 30s as an age group haven't had it this bad for decades. Neither party has delivered for young people this side of the millennium. So it's not surprising that as an age group the voter activity is so low. They've never won no matter the colour.

And they never will because politicians don’t see them coming out to actually vote. Biden saw an increase in voter turnout in 2020 and has tried and delivered for student loan forgiveness.

People need to realize if they don’t become active these politicians won’t care to please your demographic.

Its a self fulfilling cycle. Politicians failed the generation, the generation as a result doesn't trust them and votes less, the politicians do even less for them. Doesn't help how few seats change hands in the House & Senate these days preventing younger candidates getting in compared to European nations as a recent example. 

Besides, the current generation of politicians will be dead after 1 more cold spell 💀

WA state, which has had mail-only voting since 2011, has seen a nearly 50% drop in returned ballots compared to this time in 2020. Similar in California. However you spin it, there’s an enthusiasm problem for the Dems out west so far.

Not sure what the obsession with Florida is lately. They moved to the right in 2020 and the rest of the country didn’t. That state is a lost cause.
