Our voting system is such a joke. Ancient and slow.

In the last Australian federal election, the election was held on the 21st of May. The new prime minister was sworn in on the 23rd of May :vegas:

Do you feel him sir?

I just checked 538 and 270 and they're still lumping all those skewed fake polls in with the averages :toofunny: their sites are totally unusable lmao

News - Kari Lake "we take polling but we also combine it with AI - we're ahead of my opponent"

It’s going to be absolutely delicious if she loses.

Remember that crazy Vantage poll that had Harris up by 1 in Florida?

https://x.com/cbouzy/status/1852688882841559124?s=46&t=DT0aWcUgswVVq-IvTSOJXQ

“New: @vantage_dh recently granted me access to their data. While I can’t share all of it, VP Harris is up by 1 point in Florida, and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell is up by 2 points. Notably, Hispanic and NPA voters are breaking heavily for both candidates...”

“Interestingly, according to @vantage_dh, 13% of Republicans support VP Harris and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell. This data aligns with my analysis, which I believe is accurate.”

Harris up and 13% of Republicans in Florida crossing over to Dems if this is accurate goddamn :bradley:

Is Blorida back?! :bradley:

Again?! :bradley:

As much as I would love for Kamala to win here I would actually die of a heart attack if we dumped Rick Scott

Kamala doesn't need us but the senate!! That thug is pure MAGA and next in line to replace Mitch McConnell

Imagine not even giving him the CHANCE

I’d be careful to read too much into that 13%. I believe the Seltzer poll found that only 5% of Republicans are actually shifting to Kamala in Iowa so I do find it hard to believe that they’re going that hard for Kamala in Florida.

Let me be delusional over Blorida okay

I'm bound to get something wrong in this election so let me throw Florida to the wolves :huntyga:

I'll remain delulu until after election day when the rest of the country shifts hard left and Florida maintains its right trend

Although honestly Iowa's 6-week abortion ban is why women are breaking so hard for Harris there and Florida not only has a 6-week abortion ban, we also have an abortion referendum and our senate candidate, an Ecuadorian immigrant, is focusing specifically on Hispanic communities...

I'll believe it :ally:
