That song is about genuinely caring about a loved one and giving them all your love even if there is no cure. Disease on the other hand, I think there's a manipulative aspect to it. It feels like Gaga is singing the verses in a sadistic way. It's a very insidious song I think. Maybe it's Gaga torturing Stefani? What do you all think? Tu es l'amour naissant ...
