She could then release the GP friendly single before the album comes out... But, I have my doubts, it's usually the other way around, the lead single tends to be the GP friendly single, but she now has own label so she might be doing things differently... This would be the same as her releasing Bloody Mary or HML as the lead for BTW rather than the title track... Also, this essentially confirms that the snipped on the Chromatica movie isn't the lead? Even Bad Romance was a risk back in the day. Born this way was huge because she was the biggest popstar in the planet in 2011, because it clearly doesn’t have a commercial sound or lyrics. Applause have a great chorus, but the lyrics are cryptical and non sense in the best Gaga way. Perfect Illusion and Stupid Love are also not smash hit material.
