Babes he only charts in 3 non North American markets. 
He's had one #1 in Australia, one #20 and then every other charting single has barely registered.
He's never made it into the UK Top 20. 
He's had a #7 in Ireland, every other charting single there is sub 40. All except one are sub 60.
He's only had 2 songs chart in NZ. 

Like it's not crazy to point out that country acts have low numbers outside of the US & Can. 
Luke Bryan is one of the best selling artists in the world at 75 million+ records sold. A massive name in Country music. 
His best selling record sold 2.65 million copies in the US alone to date. The only non-country genre specific chart it made it onto internationally was Australia's ARIA. At #19. It only hit 1 on the Hot 100 & Can Hot 100. It didn't even chart in the top 200 in the UK. 

So yeah - world wide charts are pointless when looking at the popularity of a country music act. Because the country music scene pumps out insane numbers, but is heavily region locked. 

No country act is a major threat on any non US or Canada chart.
