Maybe the lyrics are just basic? But I would say basic songs with zero emotion are pretty big right now considering how well Brat is doing Yea, I ment in a lyrical way. As someone who lives and breathes artists like Florence, Gaga, Rina, Lana etc that have certain songs that just shatter your soul haha and Brat does have those monents in Apple, So I, I think about it all the time.. hell even in Girl so confusing and Sympathy is a knife.

But its fine-its a bonus album and feels as such. I can't wait for the Tour! Even the original album was bad, I just dont understand how someone like her can think this album is good to release?!

I agree too tbh hahaha And honestly idk. I think Kylie is ultimately at the will of her producers and what songs she's working with and there's just not the time and budget like their used to be? But idk.

I think shes trying to be mainstream again in America, and she thinks this kind of music will work. I think she should go back to relying on her European and Australian fans, who will enjoy her art for what it is.

I’m Australian, absolutely love the album and I’ve been a fan since I was 8 years old. All of my friends here love the two tension albums. Everyone’s wildly excited about her tour as well 😃 Good as gone and Kiss Bang Bang are absolute stand outs. I did not say Australians did not like her new album! I said its better for her to rely on her Australian and European audience that will love whatever she does, which will allow her to be a true creative artist shes always been. Instead of looking for a new mainstream American audience..

Instead of looking for a new mainstream American audience.. True and I agree with you! My only point here is that she knows herself more than ever with this album and its signature Kylie. This is coming from a fan who first listened to light years as a kid. She’s selling out Madison Square Garden so something is working for her in the US which is great! Wewaited12hrs 66
X and Aphrordite remain unmatched since their release imo. Tension's a catchy and sleek group of songs. But nothing can touch those two albums. And of course Kylie's masterful mature 90s work. In many ways, Kylie is kind of back to where she was with her first two albums. Some banging tracks matched with similar sounding filler. Perhaps that's a bit harsh but I'm just at the point now where I want to have standards for music, even pop music. It's seriously devolved and I feel like as pop fans we need to set some standards to get it back to a quality place! Anyways, I seriously can't wait for the tour! Have front row seats for MSG Edited October 19 by Wewaited12hrs
