IKR.

Trying to listen to that album made me think that she's reached a point where she literally needs to drop everything and everyone around her, take a solo pilgrimage deep into the Amazon rainforest and drop a sh*t ton of ayahuasca just to get some new inspiration.

I'm fine, Ta

35 tracks tho?! there’s no way it will include new songs, right??

So the Target website says it includes 4 acoustic versions.

Unclear if these are new/exclusive or just the first physical versions of some of the demos/acoustics that have been released on the mini "stop people getting number 1 this week" editions

They'll be "I Can See You", "You Are In Love", "Death By a Thousand Cuts" and "Maroon" from acoustic sets at Eras tour.

Not this :lmao:

Jesus Christ! How aren't people tired of her? Also, imagine being her hardcore fan, I'd be broke by now!

Having to buy 35 different album versions plus God knows what more. She's a great money maker, I'll give her that.

Does this have an impact on Gaga's releases? Not at all, I'm not worried.

I mean the crazies won't care about her using them as cash pigs.

The saner fans like myself knew she'd go mental with varients and gimmicks like she has been doing since Midnights dropped. So waited till TTPD's release day and then grabbed their favourite after streaming it in the morning lol

Eh I'm a fan. I buy a single version of an album for physical CD to listen to in my car and that's it. For TTPD, I got The Bolter variant after I heard all the initial variants and decide that was my favorite song and I'll be buying The Anthology on CD. I view them as separate albums.

That's interesting - her music and songwriting is obviously good but I still can't comprehend how this album is so successful.

The full album sales is at 30M (including song consumption), this is for an album with no memorable hit songs (even Fortnight has died off). Imagine this scenario a few decades ago? Having a very mid album selling 30M+ with no hit songs?

I just see her core fan base as a bit of a cult (sorry!!), especially those who buy the 35 or so different versions.

I don't think 1 million people buying 30 album versions should equate to 30M album sales... This just leads to greed and common people wasting all their money on 'slightly' different album versions...

Also, since TS got petty about Olivia Rodrigo getting inspired by a 3 second bridge and demanding writing credits as if she isn't rich enough already kinda put me off her and her music!
