Don’t be a hater, this is huge for a pop musician.

Absolutely. This is huge for a singer born in New York City in March, 1986.

Former First Lady of the United States. Now card-carrying member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

How was a star is born and Gucci not number one 🤔

Gucci was not a major movie period... and ASIB become as successful as it did due to positive reviews, acclaim making more people want to see it and thus had longevity

Joker 2 may debut higher but its nearly guaranteed to fizzle out much faster

The movie was good. The musical numbers got lost in the sauce at some points. And I think that was the team doing damage control about it not being a musical when it totally is. Not as much as A Star is Born but damn near close. And I feel like that dilemma caused the editing process to go overboard. Cuz the moments when they just start singing on top of the score felt so natural and real. Then the backing track would seamlessly layer itself in. Felt forced and constrained , but that just me. The plot, the acting, the color palette, the music — Oscar worthy in their own right. Just not together as a project. Loved the movie either way. I have so many ideas, theories, and questions about the ending cuz like what? Ifykyk

Thank God some positives are coming out of this mess. Already within its opening weekend, it's out-grossed the entire theatrical run of Madame Web, which only made $100.5 million on a $80 million budget, so JFAD is not the worst performing movie based on a comic book character or the worst received. So, we're past the worst it could get.

Wait I just saw a headline that the film is doing worse at the box office than Morbius and Madame Web. Were there just no other movies playing at all this week? It's receiving so much hate online and lost hundreds of millions, terrible reviews etc, but it's the #1 film? I'm so confused

Also this movie wasn't great but it was NOT as bad as Morbius and Madame Web. I can't believe people are saying that. It's just gotten out of hand now

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

They were both released same week as Venom and Venom 2.

If I had a nickel for every time a Venom movie is released almost the same time as Gaga’s movie, I would have 3 nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it has happened three times

Uh Red Wine... Convict... Gah Gah...
