Her voice is quite clearly incredible, and I love how controlled she is with the rock rasp. Most people that try to emulate this sound have a hard time turning it off and on. Even if it is still on the more subtle side, it was evident to me from the first word she sang. Now we don't know if that tuning was on the microphone already when she performed it live, or if it was added in post processing, but it is there, fact. We all know Gaga is an excellent vocalist, and she rarely ever uses pitch correction during live performances. Most of the time, like on the Chromatica Ball HBO thing, it is added in post. So, she has got nothing to prove, but still, pitch correction is the bane of every genuine live performance... so as magnificent as her vocals are, the pitch correction kills some of the emotion, as it tends to make voices sound cold and artificial. Maybe she used it deliberately as an "effect" more than correction, who knows? Anyway, great performance, fantastic vocals, whatever tuning is going on is unfortunate, but not a deal breaker! Even metal bands use pitch correction for official concert releases, and that's much more of an issue, as they often preach about the genuineness of live performances and such... FYI, it's obvious that there was a reverb or mic enhancement effect or so whatever, it was acknowledged by MANY of us. We are not IDIOTS so don't encase us under that definition. And yes you STATED in an online forum about your OPINION and OBVIOUSLY, it will be met with other clashing opinions, so as we are speaking of right now. And please, you speaking of the truth like what part that we are not aware? And I'm not bothered in the least, rather I was disgusted.
