Yes, she is a great singer. Just watching the video looks like it's playback. Maybe it was a choice for perfection..It's NOT like she's Ashley Simpson.

One of her best live vocals and I think the pitch correction will not even affect her performance since it’s very minor so I don’t know why some people were quick to judge her lol. Truly disgusting but hopefully this will not deter most of us, she sang this LIVE, she sang with passion, and she sang excellently!

You can literally hear her breath in the mic (1:14, 1.26, 1:42, etc). She was even a bit late on the first "Iiii" of the chorus, so there is no "playback" here (as someone said lmao).

I think there a little of delay between the video and her vocals and that made it look like she wasn't singing live.

But as WE ALL KNOW she doesn't do that.

Most popular professionals use it because they know however great and challenging the song is, the second there's an obviously flubbed note the internet is going to explode.

I think it’s more of a reverb effect that drowns any subtle off pitch but it will still not save you if it’s a major out of tune scenario.

If so, I really love that touch, the girl craving the applause clinging to the roses that were thrown on stage.

Concepts like this with her crazy level of performance is wat cemented my love for this lady and I love this so much.

You can use autotune live. Not sure if thats the case with this performance tho. It could’ve been added in post production by the editing team. But both are doable! Im not saying she doesn’t sound amazing. All I’m saying is that her voice was somewhat processed in this particular performance. Its actually uncommon for her. she usually does it raw
