I'm surprised though as a reporter he remained relatively un-moved emotionally though. One conservative reporter doesn't speak for the whole country, thank God above. I know, so ridiculous. To throw in "Lady Weirdo," you can tell how biased the writer is. It probably makes him feel important, which is just sad. And like ChicaSkas said, this person sounds like a male white neocon. But there are practically no "meh", let alone negative reviews of the BTWB in any country, hundreds and hundreds of others range from "amazing" to "new Little Monster tbqfh", so it's...a quaint and ridiculous factoid, I guess? But it's not newsworthy in my opinion. Small-minded, puny jerks exist everywhere and it's a shame this one got access to a computer (let alone a newspaper, which beats me!) - that's all. creeves 245 Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 You know, the heavy use of backing vocals, especially during choruses, is a legitimate criticism. I'll give him that. I've noticed it especially in the most recent Hair performances, where she sings lower than the backing track and doesn't sing the high notes. I'll admit, sometimes I don't agree with her, sometimes i criticize her, or can't understand in my mind why she does certain things -- but at the end of the day I always remember no matter what, I love her as an artist and a human being. It's kind of like having a child in a way, they may misbehave or act out or say stupid sh*t, but you always still love them at then end of the day. See, I've maybe called her Lady Whackjob myself a few times, but I say that knowing that I still love her, and i say that usually jokingly, because I may not understand why she does what she does sometimes. I think we've all done that. We must do our best to enlighten this gentleman on the true span of her message. Most of the things are true but I dont see most of it as a bad thing.. like these: *What could we expect when she's on tour to promote an album ("Born This Way") that was released in May 2011? *Too often she didn't assert her voice during songs, letting the recorded backup singers carry the choruses while she concentrated on choreography *she talked plenty, about herself and self-love. But it felt more self-aggrandizing than self-empowering. (wich I dont think is wrong I love to know more of Gaga shes very interesting) *The current Born This Way Ball tour is complex and disjointed. *this presentation made it clear why Gaga, even though she's no longer hot, still matters to her Little Monsters +++++++++++ I did not real the whole thing I just red the highlighted words.
