That's what I think as well. People tend to have almost a worship of certain insiders when they have access to info but it's still has its limits and there not part of her team.

From The Joker preview we got today, it's clear that she's done a complete reinterpretation of the song. And I'm sure the rest of the covers will follow suit. If the other covers on the album are just as reimagined as The Joker was, then it might as well be new music.

Frankly, your responses in this thread are extremely immature and bratty. You keep saying that this is "delaying" LG7...but it's not. This album is coming out on Friday and it's a companion piece to Joker. We also already know that the LG7 lead is coming out in October, so how is this delaying anything? This, like DWAS, is just another thing for us to consume and listen to before LG7.

This is a lot of emotions for an album we didn't even know existed 2 days ago. No one's forcing you to listen to it; if you don't want to, fine, but there's no need to have tantrums like this.

Gaga laid out all of the relevant information for LG7 before she started any of the relevant Harlequin rollout to make sure expectations were in place. The stans that care about her pop records can just log off and log back in next month when she stated LG7 starts. It's been 7 years of her interweaving other genres into her career, so about half the time she's been famous. I can understand it's not necessarily what makes people a fan of her, but it's not like this is anything new at all. Stanning an artist is not an obligation to meet the stand requirements for an artist. And there's definitely better ways to voice wanting pop music than saying Gaga is relying on her fiance's finances to fund Harlequin visuals, especially when Gaga has a higher net worth than the man. It's sexist and sad.

I initially agreed with you, but then I thought it over. Most of the time music doesn't get uploaded to streaming until a few days or even hours before it's release to stop these kinds of leaks. Which wouldn't make sense with Mr.S since he's put out rumors weeks ahead. I think he has a industry connection somewhere.
