It's definitely more akin to Is That Alright. Uses more head tones in the verses and in the first chorus, then graduates to a fuller belt, while keeping some rawness as well.

This was never going to be something that a large portion of her fanbase connected with and that's totally ok but it's good if you enjoy this sort of music. I loved Happy Mistake and will definitely be keeping it 

Just remember that this a side project we did not even know existed until recently and LG7 is the main event

I think it’s important to highlight “complimentary album to JFAD” hence the reimagined soundtracks/cover from the film.

I hope the fan base doesn't downplay this work as merely a side project, or JUST a droplet album or a passion project... because really it deserves to be considered alongside Gaga's best. It's very well thought of and insanely creative, and it really feels like Gaga finding solid ground, finally.
