I honestly didn't ask around much throughout this whole thing so I'm pretty in the dark about most of it (which is nice for me, since I haven't been properly surprised by Gaga in a really long time). But I brought the shoot up because I had mentioned when the "Die With A Smile" cover leaked that Gaga may have worked with Nadia Lee Cohen.
