Just finished listening, top 3 are The Joker, Folie à Deux and That's life

Just finished the album, and it is lovely. Is it for me, not really, but I will go back to this from time to time.

BIG DC COMICS & BATMAN GEEK SPEAKING!

The album also captures Harley Quinn’s manic, art deco+cabaret childish menace! I am sure Paul Dini will love this album.

I hope “The Joker” gets playlisted or there is a full version of the Louvre video. That song has a potential to blow up.

https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/lady-Gaga/harlequin/ Go rate the album btw!

This is unpoplar but I will never understand how one person stans Gaga and call this album (or every other album of her) "boring". If you stan her, you should enjoy her voice, her passion, her writing. You can love a song more than another - of course - but call a whole piece of work from your fave BORING, it's something that I'll never get.

This guy on X has 2k followers, he even has "Lady Gaga is my life" in his X bio and yet he wrote that this album is boring and he'll never listen to it again.

Like how?

And don't start with "we don't have to like everything she puts out" because I said another thing.

Well she started out in pop which attracted one kind of a fanbase and then pursued jazz, which is a really big switch (unlike exploring country, rnb or rock). Jazz just isn't everyone's cup of tea and while I do respect her decision to do it and I can appreciate the quality, I don't personally enjoy it as much as her pop songs. I don't think we should automatically like everything an artist puts out, especially if it's a completely different genre than the one we fell in love with her in.

But I have to admit the vocals and the instrumental arrangement get too loud/noisy sometimes in many songs (Get Happy, That's Life, etc)

Still, I will personally rank it as her best album since BTW. Love the production.

I love that we finally have a studio version of Smile and That’s Life!

Will definitely have this album on repeat. It’s also nice to hear her in a more musical theatre style, seeing as it’s one of her first loves, she really enjoyed herself!

Happy Mistake filled a void for me, it’s just perfection!
