Folie a Deux is beautiful. The first half reminds of the music from The Shape of Water for some reason and the choir is giving old Disney animation films

Happy Mistake sounds so HEAVENLY it really makes the whole album worth listening, it could be the next Shallow-ARUTW-DWAS

Its more like an acoustic ballad with guitars with jazz/gospel elements

I just listened to the album, it's mostly jazz. The Joker is a banger tho. I think I might like a couple songs more on the JFAD soundtrack version like Close To You and That's Life (based on the trailers and snippets that Todd released) :iamfair:

Her voice sounds phenomenal, kinda see this getting nominated for Best Traditional Pop Album at the Grammys and potentially winning, Folie à Deux for Best Song Written for Visual Media and Happy Mistake for Best Pop Vocal Performance or even main categories (SOTY, ROTY) as well :enigma:

This is the kind of album the Grammy voters would eat up for good, I hope she gets some awards for this, she sounds phenomenal like she has never sounded before in a studio album even in C2C/L4S

Fortunately it’s not similar in any way, not a single curve of a sound wave
