Apparently, Supervillain (one of the only reliable insiders) posted a thread on ATRL where he stated the snippet Gaga posted belongs to a song called Happy Mistake, which would be included in a secret project where Gaga is Harley.

What makes me think the theory is true is that Gaga said that for Joker she wrote a waltz but this is definitely grunge/ballad, so it has to be either LG7 or that secret project

I always thought that Louvre shoot was LG7 unrelated, the aesthetics and her look reminds me of the Vogue photoshoot which was Harley inspired. What has this woman been doing this whole year??? DWAS, a secret project and LG7 all in the span of 3 months? She said this year will be special and omg it really is.

By this point I firmly believe this is her special project! Maybe not an album, but an EP inspired on Lee!
