I’m excited for her new music. She really knows how to make songs that sound fresh, yet have a nostalgic factor for the fans that have been there since the late 2000s, without making the music sound too dated and one dimensional. She really knows how to pick the right producers to give her music the right sound, and isn’t stuck in the past.

That’s one of the great things about Kesha. Even when she takes a more “generic” route, it’s still uniquely her, so like you said: very nostalgic yet still fresh. Plus she always pics the right producers/co-writers. 
 

A certain plastic bag singer should take some notes tbh
