I think it's disingenuous to just completely ignore the fact that she revealed these t-shirts at a Joker event though. The fact that the merch is from Gaga and not WB might just mean that she's the one who spearheaded it. The first Joker had little to no merch, so maybe she decided to create something for the fans who attended the event.

The shirt she wore said "You're listening to harlequin radio" and her first post was "I'm ready for my interview" just as she was doing a bunch of interviews for Joker specifically. Unless LG7 or this special project is somehow—even tangentially—tied to Joker, then I still firmly believe this is all for Joker and not LG7.

This is for Joker hands down.

There is no secret project because there’s no time to promote that. DWAS was already released as a standalone single “while we wait for LG7” - Gaga said this herself and did not mention any other music projects coming out before LG7. She is in full Joker promo mode now and the soundtrack is also coming out. The LG7 single is coming out in October…surely she wouldn’t be also promoting music from another project while all of that's happening.
