Chappell Roan diagnosed w/ depression + brain fog

As someone who has experienced severe bouts of disassociation in the past brought on by stress, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. It literally feels like you’re losing your mind because nothing feels real. It feels like your brain just doesn’t wanna work and everything seems really out of focus, sort of like you’re moving through a dream and it’s so unsettling.

As someone who suffers from brain fog, how do you treat brain fog? Is there specific medication that could help or would having therapy help it?

Some of the replies in this thread can only be described as disgusting, and give me serious cause for concern. I genuinely hope no one in your life ever has to suffer with their mental health and looks to you for support. Feel whatever you want about Chappell Roan as a person, but not liking someone is absolutely no reason to be so vile when they speak about their illnesses or struggles with mental health.

Yeah this crossed my mind too. With celebs and their marketing world u can never be sure of anything...

 

But in a situation like this u have to give the benefit of the doubt and be supportive. Imagine she does in fact have severe depression and reads comments like this. It would only serve to kick a woman when shes already down

 

Plus sudden rise to fame is not easy on most ppl especially if you already have a history of mental illness, so this is totally plausible.

She may continue but at a slower psce abd decide she may not want A-list celeb status. I dunno if full out quitting is what shed do.

Her rise to stardom was very quick, and she's literally done/said nothing to warrant the amount of hate she gets. To be completely honest, I think some of y'all just hate on her because you think it makes you look c*nty. I'm so tired of the hypocrisy I see from little monsters regarding Chappell. Many of her struggles are things Gaga herself has struggled with, so please, let's not try to diminish or devalue her experiences.
