ode 1,326
"Crush" sounds sooooo much like Kelly Clarkson's "Catch My Breath," it's ridiculous. like truly, the songwriters on that (Kelly Clarkson Jason Halbert Eric Olson) deserve co-writing credit on katy's song. other than that, it's mostly forgettable/inoffensive. "wonder" is getting starred in reviews, which i find weird. it's sooo lowest-common-denominator Uplifting Mid-Tempo Anthemic Pop Ballad — and a lil cheesy, but in an unironic/unintentinal way. my faves: "Gorgeous" ft. Kim Petras and "Truth"
Magneto 13,277
I actually expected so much worse. I went in with really low expectations and ended up somewhat surprised here and there. The first and third single remain utter trash imo. Such bizarre choices Free my mind
Magneto 13,277
Also, it's so wild to see that all the girlies who are successful rn are serving really personal lyrics and this album is like the exact opposite. This would've for sure worked instead of Witness Free my mind

A D A M 520
I would rate it 1.43 (on scale of 10). She really scarred her future with this one, I remember her saying it will be her most personal project to date and this is what we get. The futuristic aesthetics which serve nothing, absolute no concept for album, her passive aggressive attitude because people are not buying this bullshit only adds more fuel. Scar97 1,435
It really just comes down to the fact she hasn’t had anything interesting to say in many years
Karl 3,164
The lyrics are sooo bad it's like nonsensical generic pop from the 2010 era which has died a death. The new pop stars are giving lyrical depth and self written stuff this just isn't relevant at all in 2024. A catchy beat and hook barely gets you anywhere nowadays.
