wtf I really thought Paris Hilton wasn’t even going to chart with this album, so it debuting in the top 40 had me shocked enough, you mean to tell me it is going to RISE to #8? ENOUGH. Paris bought these copies herself.

someone said on atrl that international fans had to order the vinyls only from her website so that would count on billboard only... It's apparantly not charting anywhere else, so it might be this?

Billboard doesn't count copies bought by fans outside the US.

true that it doesn't, but they claimed that people had to buy the vinyls from her website so it would - but surely billboard would catch that though... It's a mystery for sure. Something is seriously off about this...
