She doesn't even need the money does she? She's a pop star as a hobby and she thought this is what they do. But didn't actually wanna have to sign them all so found out they can autopen and did that instead.

That's because the people running her store aren't Paris's people. They're a third party running multiple stores with one customer service department over all of them. They don't really care.
