Just googled what unfiltered streams means and apparently it has something to do with bots. So did he payola his was to 12 million?

Its bots or people who just have it on replay (considered like spamming) so they filters those even if they count for Spotify counter. Mind you, DWAS gets only like 300-400k streams filtered daily.
