Since everyone with big enough crowds performa at Bell Center, big artists might skip it altoget if theres no availability in Bell Center during their canada stops. I think that was the plan by building Place Bell, but 1. It’s way smaller than the Bell Centre and 2. Difficult to access for someone who doesn’t have a car or isn’t close to any buses/metros.
