Teletubby 136,091
Justin Timberlake had a win in court on Wednesday as he sealed a plea deal in his DWI case. The singer will avoid a drunk driving charge after he agreed to plead guilty to a traffic violation. Timberlake will admit to Driving While Ability Impaired, instead of the original DWI charge, which has been dropped. He will pay a $300 to $500 fine as part of the agreement. source Rat Boy is the King of Trash Bins

Sorry but being white and rich, especially a celebrity, plays such a huge influence on the deal he got. I'm sure many plea bargains, regardless of the race or financial status of the person taking them, aren't "fine."

I live in a high crime area of my city and ive known many cases over the years I can absolutely say getting slapped on the wrist is hardly exclusive to white or rich ppl. I think it also depends on the judge u get. But yeah, rich ppl do seem to in factget off easy more often but its hard to say if he would have gotten easy otherwise or not

Mainly poor POC. Blacks and other people of color are three times more likely to be arrested for the same crimes committed by whites. Primary evidence, in part, is the demographics of the American prison population. Although it’s true, that addressing poverty is a path to leveling the playing field, race even comes into play when net wealth, income, and social capital are considered. Whites are ahead on all the aforementioned backed by America’s economic and socio-cultural history. https://truthout.org/articles/plea-bargains-are-a-tool-of-racist-mass-incarceration/ Edited September 13 by HotLikeMexico

I wasnt saying otherwise But when u start zooming in cases individually, theres really no way to know how he would have been treated cuz evert case is a case.
