let me be clear, she is right about this

but it's just about how she delivers, quite very unnecessarily aggressive. 

i remember her talking about saying no to photos on X, and she was also right at the time as well

but how she talked in the video was quite a turn off for me.

she can express herself whatever she wants but well i like her music but her personality is not that likeable i would say
