I think at that time Chappell was opening up for Olivia?? Anyway, yeah it sounds kinda bad, but Bebe is not particularly the artist you open up for.

Actually Bebe has a lot of very successful songs under her belt.

I'm Good, Me Myself and I, Hey Mama, In the Name of Love, I Got You, Say My Name were huge in Europe where I live. 

And Meant to Be was a hit in America but not in Europe
