Honestly it kinda looks like he's overstimulated. I never heard him doing interviews but now i kinda suspect he's neurodiverse or something, or maybe he's just really bad at doing this stuff

That's trully not sensitive comment. You can make a full 50 years career and suffer from anxiety.

That basically what happened to Gaga while making Chromatica and being like +10 years in her career as a songwriter, singer, performer.

I dont know maybe its just his nerves or something but Joaquin seemed bored and not interested in doing this press talk, at one point he has hands over his face, later fingers on his forehead, his body language either leaning to the side with a hand on his neck then leaning forward, and when he talks he looks down or has his head tilted down while Todd and Gaga sit properly and answer questions with interest.

Just coming from the standpoint of someone with anorexia, and knowing she used to suffer with it, being congratulated for losing weight drastically is really triggering and I can only hope she's recovered enough to not take it in that way.

I totally respect that and understand. 

Joaquin wasn't congratulating her for losing weight although it might seem like that given the context of the clip. I think he was just commending her for the hard-work and effort she put in for transforming into Harley and the physical aspect was just simply apart of that. However his response could have been more articulate given the sensitive nature of the subject. 

I do think the question about weight is highly inappropriate to talk about in general and if anything the press are at fault here.

He mentioned a few times that doing interviews as a kid caused some kind of trauma to him so he's not feeling comfortable during interviews.

Many artists and actor were open about their anxiety during interviews, their job is to act/sing first, the interviews is part of the promo and not everyone is able to deal with it.

Oh Lord, this is gonna be a long era if we keep going on about this.

Can everyone stop overanalysing the behaviour of people? This is why folks have anxiety in these situations, cause they assume this is what people are doing to them.
