Probably yes lol, the payola for Sabrina is CRAZY I already noticed weird stuff on Spotify lol... (her songs are added to my Spotify daily mixes: kpop, french & urban even though her songs don't fit any of these categories, and I never listened to her on my own).

Some contexts for Travis' sales:

I'm a big fan of his and this is not a new album. Technically it now is an album, but since around 2012 or so it has been a loved mixtape with already classic now Travis songs. I think a lot of Travis fans like me can finally add favorite songs on streaming services. So its for both old fans and new fans.
