What if she had tweeted something blatantly racist or homophobic "as a joke"? Would you all still be defending her? That's a different story though. I don't think she's ever said anything racist or homophobic. She's joked about stuff like before though, she talked about how her friends backstage had piles of cheeseburgers in her dressing room because they know she has to stay fit, and that one gaga vision with the pizza in the shower. Anyway, I just think there's a limit. Right after closing an era that was all about self-esteem with a lighthearted joke about anorexia was probably not the best choice. She said all that during the Fame era though. She has matured a lot since then and has become more of a role model now since the Born This Way era. She has become this figure that many confused kids and teens look up to. Whether she likes it or not she has to be careful about the things that she tweets. I'm not saying she shouldn't' do things that are dangerous. she just shouldn't tweet about it in a way that condones the bad behavior. Whether she likes it or not she has to be careful about the things that she tweets. I'm not saying she shouldn't' do things that are dangerous. she just shouldn't tweet about it in a way that condones the bad behavior. but her fans aren't pop stars she said pop stars don't eat not her fans or people in general, so how is it negatively effecting anyone that reads it.
