I guess she does something in between her rollout and the Billie Route. 

Lead Single Drop together w Announcement of the Album 1 day or 1 week prior of Album drop.

She always was a viusal Artist and her Single's mostly had a deeper meaning to her. Can't imagine her dropping everything at once. It could be too much, at least 24 hours in between.

There would probably be a lead single just to hype the album, then maybe an album drop like 1 - 2 weeks after?

Something like this maybe:

Announcement (a day before for lead) >> Lead single >> 1 wk >> MV (with album announcement) >> 1 wk >> album tracklist / cover announcement etc >> 1 wk >> Album release

I feel like she and her team probably know it's best to announce anything in a much sooner time to the release date cause if you have to drag it that long (the announcement to the release date) I think it dies the hype. The Gaga x Bruno collab—announcement 24 hrs before the drop—I think was a test. It made hype and it technically made no leaks since it's only a day before.
