In the last year we have written about 20 songs together. We chose our favorites and we are recording them. I hope that the album can be released next year," she says with a new shine in her eyes. When asked about what music means to her, she is thoughtful for a moment and responds: "I find it difficult to answer that question. Music is a fundamental thing in my life. It's part of who I am. It helps to heal and unifies people like few things do. My greatest musical inspirations are Thom Yorke, Radiohead, Bright Eyes, Nirvana and Pixies."
