Philippines is always a strong market for Bruno (he's part-Filo) AND Gaga, especially their slower AC-type songs. In Indonesia, I think it helped that Bruno was on his way there, so there's buzz. In fairness to Gaga, she carried the initial release of the song, it even got mentioned in her Vogue interview. So there's really no reason to complain.
