Britney deserves top 2 - even #1.

I don’t think Billie will get this high. I’d say 8 or 7. She only has 1 #1 billboard hot 100 song (Bad Guy) and now Birds of a Feather (a number #2) is her second highest charting song. BUT she has potential that they might account for, so who knows?

Billie isn’t on the list. Billboard said she was too recent.

Another lil' black star in the wild! I LOVE Avril Lavigne. Her & Gaga are my two fav artists of all time. It blows my mind that they have not had a proper interaction at any event... my tiny queens.

Definitely insane how she doesn't have an honorable mention... she was a major influence on Olivia being the talented artists she is today! That (hopefully) means she's in the Top 8, but I kind of doubt it. 

Avril is so underrated tbh... her vocals

Madonna and Michael Jackson won’t be on this list, it’s specifically from the the last 21 years. Madonna is still obviously around but I feel they are only including acts that debuted since 2000.
