I think Drake is actually more influential than Justin Bieber. Drake singing rap songs in his introspective way about things like romance, for example, set off a wave of new rappers in the early 2010s that were more complex with the topics they covered and gave more creativity to the field. I am not a fan of either but even Beyonce, for example, has this in her.
