Tulsi Gabbard under terror watch list!

Several local lawmakers are firing back after learning former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was placed on the terror watch list.

Representatives Gene Ward, Diamond Garcia, Davis Alcos and Elijah Pierick sent a letter to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) asking for answers and calling the move “harassment.”

The Air Marshal National Council says whistle-blowers told them that Gabbard is included in the Quiet Skies program, which monitors “elevated risks to aviation security.”

Report say at least five agents and two explosive detection canine teams were following Gabbard and her husband last month.

Gabbard, who had highly been critical of the Biden Administration, says the decision to track her is unconstitutional and politically motivated.

The TSA has not responded to a request for comment.

To say she's "been critical of Joe Biden" is such an understatement and mischaracterization of what a fraud this woman is.  Kind of omits a lot of what has come out about her, and implies this is political revenge based on mere political disagreements. 

You don't go from seeking the Dem presidential nomination to spreading Russian propaganda on Fox News with Tucker Carlson and supporting Trump  and far right nonsense without being some sort dangerous anti american freak show. 

Honestly, that whole pity party article is stupid and dishonest and I feel sorry for anyone who buys into that low-information garbage.

The Quiet Skies program actually isn't the terrorist watch list, that's completely different.

The Quiet Skies program involves anyone they think might require a heightened police presence, not that they themselves are a threat. It's why the list isn't public, it probably has a lot of people on it, including celebrities, that might require extra protection.

Trump put Kathy Griffin on a terrorist watch list out of spite while he was president. Tulsi represents and advocates for this party and kind of leadership.

I just googled what the program is, and it says its to target the person under the program as a potential risk. It gives the government legal rights to surveil citizens. And yes alot of random citizens are on this program which is why this program is controversial.

But WHY was she running as a Democrat and then became a RIDICULOUS mouth piece for the absolute lowest Russian Propaganda and an advocate for far right politics.  

You don't make a leap like that, usually, unless you are somehow compromised, or complicit.  Something is going on and it's so obvious it's normal to watch her.  If she's on a list it's because there's more that hasn't been reported.

Everyone is surveilled when you're in an airport, that's the point of TSA frisking you and xraying your luggage, I think this is more about having resources on hand to escort her through the airport

I used to like Tulsi a long time ago, but I agree with everything you said about her now.

I see these grifters everywhere, so its not unusual for Tulsi to do it, even Trump was a Democrat supporting Hilary.

If there is information we dont know about, I hope it comes to light, but till then, I dont see anything that makes her a terrorist.

I'm not supporting Tulsi being on a terrorist watch list "out of hypocrisy" - I'm supporting it because it's obvious that she is a domestic threat to security and wellbeing of people in America. I was merely pointing out that the opposition (and Tulsi's party) put a comedian on a similar list for making jokes and nearly killed her because of the stress it caused.

“The previously undisclosed program, called ‘Quiet Skies,’ specifically targets travelers who ‘are not under investigation by any agency and are not in the Terrorist Screening Data Base,’ according to a Transportation Security Administration bulletin in March.”

If the issue is her being surveilled as a civilian, among many others, who has not committed a crime and does not necessarily appear to pose any known national security risk, that’s understandable; but framing it as if she’s been put on a terror watchlist is completely disingenuous.
