Kamala and Biden say the same thing about Israel though. Biden talked about how hes against what Israel is doing, and threatened to stop funding the war, but his action was the opposite. How do we know what Kamala will do? Specially after her reaction to Palestinian protests today.

Petie Estie 5,707
some of my friends advertised this protest on their instagram stories because I'm from the area and we are very pro-palestine here. They are demanding that she commit to stop selling them weapons. I think that's reasonable. I am glad there is a group that is using their election leverage to push for this. I wish/hope she feels pressure to change her stance on this. Call your therapist...it's Petie Estie

I think most US folks are more scared of a genocide at home via Trump than the one in Gaza, honestly. It's hard to ask people to risk that to get a better position on the war in gaza. I'm not going to withhold my vote for Harris for that, but I support those that do. It still scares me tho. I just know I can't change anyone's mind on this. So yeah, Harris has my firm support, and I do judge people on the left who withhold their vote from her, because I view that act as putting me in danger. Thank you for articulating what I feel so well. We have to fight for democracy first here and save the future of our LGBTQi+ community so we can keep fighting for people in Gaza. Emvee 8,838
I understand the frustration of Muslim american protestors. It feels like nobody on their side. Turning your back on the suffering of Palestinians is like turning your back on them if they were the ones being slaughtered. It’s hard to tell them to be more strategic when people are literally dying every minute in Gaza and probably soon to be in Lebanon. And at the end of the day people like Josh Shapiro who is a darling in the Democratic Party PRAISE Netanyahu.

The people bankrolling Trump are the same people who bankrolled the Ugandan kill the gays law. It's not fear mongering, it's just looking at who's pulling the strings and going "oh wait that's not a good person". I'll never understand people who attack people who live in a country for prioritsing domestic politics that have an immediate and direct effect on them. Of course, when people see a potential outcome of an upcoming domestic election being a direct threat to their safety they prioritise themselves because who the **** wouldn't. I'll also never understand a certain section of the Pro-Palestine movement that routinely dismiss and downplay the threat that Trump poses both domestically to US citizens & internationally to Palestinians, Europeans & every other nationality within the middle-east. Biden has been terrible on the Israel-Palestine conflict since Oct 7th, it's undeniable. And I totally understand why he's getting so much animosity from anyone who cares deeply about the ongoing genocide. But why are we downplaying the threat Trump poses? This is the guy who's repeatedly said he'd give Israel even more freedoms to wage war than Biden & allies have allowed. This is the guy who recognised Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel. He'd make Biden's Israel policy look humane. There is nothing to be gained by anyone who supports Palestine deliberately dismissing the very real threat posed by Republicans under Trump.
