There’s nothing that indicates she’s “for nothing.” The convention, where she will formally receive the nomination, is next week and that’s traditionally when the full policy platform is finalized and released.

I mean… I think she’s pretty clear on what she wants to do with her term policy wise. She wants to continue Biden’s agenda - which domestically was a serve. Idk if I’m missing something but listening to her speeches (which yes I know she has the chance to pivot on), what more do you want to hear?
