I'm going to assume the reason she forgoes releasing new music is because she doesn't want to tour, and since touring is the only way major artists see a return on their output, it's just not an attractive venture to her - which is a shame because she has bops and I honestly think her visuals since starting Fenty are top tier and consistent in quality. Oh well.
