I am concerned and interested in Project 2025, so I want to get to the truth of it, instead of fearmongering about it. Im not American but ive been living in America for 5 years now. I want to know the truth about Project 2025 because it is a concern to me. I dont want to live in anxiety because Democrats choose to fearmonger. I did this thread to open the discussion as I lean more towards what TYT believes, but im interested in opening the discussion so I can challenge my belief and to make sure if TYT is correct. MOT 3,629 Posted August 2, 2024 Share Posted August 2, 2024 Donald Trump may or may not intend to implement Project 2025 if he is re-elected, and Project 2025 may or may not just be the latest iteration of something the Heritage Foundation have been doing since the time of Reagan, and the Dems may or may not be trying to associate Trump with Project 2025 even though they know it has nothing to do with him. To all of the above I say, so what. Trump attempted a coup d'etat in Jan 2021. He pressured election officials to change results, he ignored the fact that the courts rejected his claims of fraud, he called for a protest in Washington on Jan 6 and directed the protestors to go to the Capitol building, and he pressured Pence not to certify the results. In light of the above, I confidently predict that he will do everything in his power, legal and illegal, to win the 2024 election, and that If he becomes President again he will take steps to try to ensure that future elections are rigged in favour of the GOP. Project 2025 may or may not feature in his plans, but that detail doesn't matter imo.
