Do you think my opinions are disrespectful and inflammatory, or is it my behavior? Because if its simply my opinion that makes people feel disrespected, I cant do anything about that unless I have an actual change of opinion. But I can change my behavior and im open to hear peoples criticism of my behavior.

You've been seen as disrespectful in your tone because it's flippant in regard to heavy topics, seemingly because you don't take them as seriously as others, if that makes sense. It also comes from a place of perhaps fatigue where people explain or argue about these points often elsewhere and then don't expect to have to do the same here. And that's probably where the inevitable sentiment of "omg you're on a lady Gaga forum, how can you think that way" comes in. The Gaga fandom is a mostly super lefty, pro-LGBTQIA+ environment so when something challenges that, there's a bit of a culture shock, and the immediate culture shock response is something akin to "go away, why are you ever here" instead of pressing further and trying to learn more. I do take these issues seriously, but while im in the context of debating these issues, im doing it to explore and challenge myself, so I need to be open minded and unserious about it to be able to explore ideas. I think people being culturally shocked and having their bubble popped is a good thing. And while alot will ignore me, some will educate me or be educated. I do understand why people dont like me here, thats why I never act offended or complain about it when people attack me, and I have changed alot over the years being here. I also want to say im also a "Progressive" Gay person myself, but im also from Saudi Arabia. In my country im seen as an extremely far left person, but on GGD, they say im a right winger. It's possible also to educate yourself. If you see a post about pronouns and think it's cringe, instead of just googling it like any other person you dissect that person's beliefs surgically for your own selfish intellectual curiosity and act disingenously surprised when they're unable to be as objective as you're being....meanwhile it's a site you yourself acknowledge is frequented by a major lefty, LGBT+ positive population, so it's perfectly possible for you to anticipate how people will respond, you just pretend you're incapable of this for some reason every time you get called out. It's a bit slimy to me. Like mama you're a grown adult are you really this incapable of reading the room? Cut the crap. This is why you're a flamebaiter if you ask me. You poke the bear then respond with "ohhhh, i'm not supposed to poke it?" I call bs Availability is not weakness

I call bs I did not complain or act shocked that people criticized me, and I told you that I wasnt complaining in our last interaction, yet you keep insisting that I am complaining for some reason! You then say I need to educate myself, when my comment literally said that im doing this to educate myself, and have shown that im open to learn by liking all the comments of people explaining to me why Kamala uses pronouns. You shouldnt act like a bear when someone disagrees with you, you are a human being that should be capable of interacting with different opinions, specially that I did not say anything crazy other than saying a public figure using a pronoun is cringe. I certainly wont get an education by someone like you thats for sure, but thanx to everyone here who have been respectful, and always interact with me in good faith. Its not a big deal, its just a little bit cringe. Also, this is a Lady Gaga forum, and Lady Gaga is a singer celebrity. Shes the last person in the world I would agree with on political issues. Im her for her art and music, not her personal political beliefs. Im sure there is alot you disagree with Gaga about, so why are you even here? the real question is: why are you even here? no offense, but I find you exhausting. your opinions are exhausting, your stances and politics are exhausting. you keep participating in conversations where the majority is clearly in disagreement with you for the sole purpose of... what? drama? attention? controversy? i'm sure there are plenty of other forums for you to share your ideas with likeminded people. so maybe you should take your own advice and only discuss art and music here. Kamala writes her pronouns because in 2024 it's basic to assume you know someone else's pronouns. So everyone (linkedin, twitter, etc.) has started writing theirs so people are able to know their pronouns without having to ask or to assume. It's simple, and definitely not cringe. It's called progress.

But you insist on joining public spaces, while demanding we all act like you! You want to engage in heavy topics like politics, but you only want your opinion represented.
