Saw her live in 2019. She puts on a fun show and you know the setlist is just hit after hit. I’d go see her! 
 

Also yes, I don’t like that she worked with Luke, but I don’t see the same level of hate towards the other girls who worked with him in the past few years. It seems like everyone is on this Katy Hate Train just for the sake of it.

Honestly the best marketing tactic right now is to pivot the tour - which is more than likely still in its early development - into a greatest hits/comeback tour. Nostalgia sells atm more than anything else in the touring market. If the tour is marketed as the 143 album tour, you can guarantee the hype and momentum needed to sell out arenas will not be there. Because it is beyond clear no one cares about this era.

If she can swallow her pride and do theatres while marketing it as an "intimate experience" she might be able to do a tour. But there is no way in hell she can sell out an arena these days, let alone SEVERAL.

She couldn't even sell her Vegas show when they got discounted to $35 on performance days to fill all the remaining seats

Entirely different situations. Doja had sign a contract before the Kesha lawsuit. Kim is a small act in comparison (and she gets a lot of hate). Nicky married a pdf file. 
Katy said during her witness press tour that Kesha was HER FRIEND. And she goes and works with the dude. Disgusting.

I have no doubt in my mind Katy can still do a tour even though the PLAY Vegas residency struggled to sell tickets at $30. Maybe she has a bigger audience outside of US.. I'm not gonna lie, if she comes to my country I might watch her just as long as the tickets are not so pricey like $20, and $50 for VIP.

why do people keep seeing this when kim petras and nicki minaj have also been dragged here for the same reason?

I mean I hope you get to see her on cheap prices but I don't think prices below would be 80-100 profitable for her touring company considering the booking of venues, transportation, fees and the production  With Vegas it's a different situation cuz she got paid upfront and casinos sometimes can agree to lose money on a concert ticket as long as the artist pulls enough customers to gamble but if she cannot sell more than 80-85% of her dates the tour might very well get cancelled
