There are expected to be 10,714 athletes staying at the village this year. Each of them could take 28 condoms. If they arrived this morning as expected, they'd have to use a condom 1⅓ times every day for the next 21 days. However, if only one condom is being used per encounter between 2 people that increases it to 2⅔ times a day or 8 times over 3 days to use up all 300,000 condoms.
